for one BIG portion:


some oil

1 cod fillet

1 teaspoon of ginger

juice of one lime

100 ml vegetable broth

one small onion

1-2 spring onions

1 pepper

some pieces of leek


Actually you can pretty much use any vegetables you have at home!



First put some salt, pepper and limejuice on the cod fillet.



Heat some oil in a pan. Add the onions and the cod filet and roast the cod fillet from both sides for 4-5 minutes.

You better add some lime juice into the pan before turning the fillet since it falls into pieces easily. Lime juice prevents that a bit.


Take the cod fillet out of the pan.


Add some more oil and the freshly ground ginger.


Add the carrots and leek and the vegetable broth. Let it simmer for 3 minutes. 



Add the small pieces of pepper and let it simmer for two 2 more minutes.



Place the cod fillet  into the pan and let it heat up there for a minute.



Place the vegetables and and the cod fillet on a plate and your done!
